Your vibration is the state of your consciousness, which affects your entire reality. A low vibration corresponds with suffering, a high vibration corresponds with bliss. Learn what you can do to raise your vibration, and resultingly transform your reality inside out.

  • How To Manifest Your Highest Timeline

We all like to believe we’re following our highest timelines, but most are walking in the wrong direction. Truth is, for the vast majority, we’re not living up to our potential. We lack direction, substance, and ultimately, meaning, which is something I want to address here.

During one of my darkest hours in my early twenties, I had a moment of reflection. I was drinking too much, smoking too much, and abusing all kinds of substances. I was becoming unmotivated and antisocial, and making bad decision after bad decision.

That’s when I saw the timeline I was creating for myself.

I could see myself spiraling down a dark path; one of addiction, despair, and loneliness. In this envisioned reality, I would bring shame to my family, my friends would abandon me, and I would spend my days wallowing in my own filth. After all, I was already halfway there, all I had to do was follow the same road and my world would become a very miserable place.

Luckily, I recognized this wasn’t a happy path to follow. A voice echoed in my head, telling me ‘This isn’t the timeline you want to go down’, and I knew something had to change. I had so much potential. There was so much beauty in the world to be tapped into. It was my responsibility not to throw my life away, and that’s when I decided to change the trajectory of my life by manifesting my highest timeline.

I have now been traveling the world for the past 8 years, living in many cultures and enjoying a life filled with endless new experiences, opportunities, and people. I am currently studying shamanic medicine in Peru while working on my projects, and couldn’t think of anything I would rather be doing.

But have I done it? Have I manifested my highest timeline? Well, not yet. It’s a journey, not a destination. However, I am on the right path, slowly paving the way toward my version of heaven on Earth, and everything is coming together in its divine timing.

So I ask you, what sort of path are you walking? Are you following your highest timeline and doing everything in your power to manifest it, or is there some work that needs to be done? Here I’m going to explain everything you need to know about following your highest timeline, so that you create heaven for yourself on Earth.

Humanity is splitting into different timelines

    Follow your highest timeline

A timeline refers to a potential future path either an individual or collective can create for itself. The highest timeline refers to the best possible future that can be manifested – a heavenly future, while the lowest timeline refers to the worst possible future path someone or something can go down.

The truth is, there are many different paths your life can go down, ranging from blissful to horrific, to everything in between. You may see some of these timelines in your dreams. You may hold them close to your heart, but unless you take action to create that particular timeline, it will never come to fruition.

In today’s age more than ever, we’re seeing enormous change sweeping humanity. In the wake of this change is turbulence which has led to turmoil around the globe. We see this turbulence manifest as war, political tensions, and the polarization of beliefs, views, and ideologies.

We are divided, and through division society decays. But that doesn’t need to be the path; one of hatred, division, and tearing ourselves apart. At least not if we bring some major players back into the equation such as compassion, gratitude, and love.

The thing is… there are many potential timelines humanity can go down. Some of these possibilities lead to beautiful utopias brimming in abundance, connection, and community. Other possibilities involve our self-destruction in the form of world war, endless greed and gluttony, and totalitarianism.

Some people have already created that reality for themselves. Others are spiralling into a world of hatred in a lack of understanding for their fellow humans. On the other hand, people are actualizing and awakening. They’re striving for their potential to bring light into humanity. They’re focusing on what truly matters, and what they need to evolve.

Here’s the thing about our planet. Earth can quite literally be a heaven or a hell Currently, humanity is somewhere in the middle. Sure, there’s a lot of beauty to this bizarre experience of consciousness, but there’s a lot of suffering too.

Now is the time that humanity is splitting off in different directions. One side will move down a road of hatred and self-destruction, while the other will move down one of love and compassion. It doesn’t matter your politician leaning or what you believe. What matters is how you feel inside, and if you’re ready to transcend all the dense bullshit that humanity has continuously been trapped in.

As we’re all part of a collective consciousness, our world is a manifestation of it. If we feel hostile, angry, resentful, etc. then we will influence the collective in that way. If we feel high-vibrational energies such as love, gratitude, and compassion, then we positively influence the collective.

Even though we are all aspects of the collective, we also create our personal realities based on vibration. Existing in a low vibrational state of consciousness creates a dense personal reality. When you nurture this low vibration through energies of hate, guilt, and shame, then you suffer more, and your reality attracts more things that resonate at the same frequency. If you keep following this path, eventually your life will be hell and you won’t know what hit you.

However, if you nurture high vibrational energies in the form of love, gratitude, compassion, joy, and everything that is associated with light energy, then your timeline will begin shifting. You will begin moving towards your highest timeline as you’ll begin attracting feelings, people, and situations that resonate on the same frequency.

    Higher timelines vs lower timelines

A lower timeline represents a path you can follow in life that is not in your best interest. The lower self (or ego) is the guide here, meaning when you make decisions based on your ego rather than your heart, you take a step towards a lower timeline (and denser reality). Living by the lower self naturally begins manifesting a lower timeline. As your reality is dependent on your consciousness (and not the other way around), a sad reality is a natural byproduct of living by the lower self.

    Your lowest timeline may represent:

    • A life characterized by fear, greed, hatred, and other low vibrational energies
    • A life of darkness and meaninglessness
    • Needless suffering and pain
    • Your self-destruction and decay
    • Failing at everything you do
    • Living a life you despise

Your highest timeline refers to the best possible path you can take in life for your evolution and actualization. Higher timelines are guided by the higher self (or soul) to bring you toward a divine connection with source. Living by the higher self will naturally steer your reality towards a higher timeline, as your reality is dependent on your consciousness.

    Following your highest timeline involves:

    • Becoming the best version of yourself
    • Becoming the most healed version of yourself
    • Becoming the happiest version of yourself
    • Becoming the most successful version of yourself
    • Developing a deep connection with soul and spirituality

As your vibration crafts your life experience, a high vibration will craft a beautiful life experience. An experience where you achieve your dreams, create wonder and awe, and live life with its fullest colors. Following your highest timeline is to follow the road of spiritual evolution and the expansion of consciousness and oneself (which organically leads to a high vibration)

How to manifest your highest timeline

    Highest timeline

To manifest your highest timeline, there are some things you need to do.

First off, you must strive towards personal and spiritual growth, because it’s this path that brings you closer to god. It doesn’t matter what you believe or what religion you follow if any at all. All paths lead inwards to cultivate a deeper connection with the soul. By continuing to explore your consciousness and your reality, you will continue maturing spiritually and expanding your consciousness (thus your reality).

Sounds good and all, but usually, there’s a lot of junk holding us back. We can’t just dive right in and expand because we need to deal with some barriers first. These barriers come in the form of trauma, conditioning, beliefs, and patterns that we have adopted throughout our lives.

To become your highest self, and therefore manifest your highest timeline, you must let go of the layers of conditioning that have defined you. These are the layers of stubborn programs, patterns, belief systems, and characteristics you developed at some point in your life which may have served you then, but have no place in your highest timeline. These layers now amount to a burden.

Think of it this way, you can’t expand while you have all of this excess baggage weighing you down. Therefore, to follow your highest timeline you need to shed all the layers of crap that no longer serve you. This can be a process, but actively seeking to strip off all the layers down to the truest part of who you are is necessary, because you can’t take those dense layers of conditioning with you.

Another major obstacle to manifesting your highest timeline is your trauma. Some of us have more than others, and that’s okay. Your wounds contort your consciousness, causing you to suffer. So if you are deeply wounded and haven’t done adequate healing, how are you supposed to create a beautiful, suffering-free life for yourself?

This is why you need to make healing a priority. If you are deeply wounded, these wounds are going to manifest in your decisions, behaviors, attitudes, and life experiences. You’re life is probably already less than ideal because of them. So carry on with the process of healing to make sure there’s no stone unturned. Healing can be a life-long process, so approach it with care and patience.

The last point I want to mention is that you need to be able to see the timeline. You should have a mental picture of it hung up daily. To create this timeline for yourself, you should think about it, dream about it, and most importantly, take steps towards it every day.

Some people believe their highest timeline will simply just appear. No work, no effort, just a good attitude. Sorry, it doesn’t just work this way. You need to walk the path to actualize it. It’s a timeline for a reason, not a timepoint.

If you can’t see a bright future for yourself, how are you supposed to actualize it? How are you going to move your reality towards it every day, step by step? Although the universe will conspire to help us when we’re on the right path, we must take action and manifest the future we dream of.

The highest timeline is available to anyone who seeks it. Remember, to create it, you need to embody your highest self, as your highest self is the vessel you will use to walk this path. Continue doing whatever is within your power to manifest this reality for yourself, and one day you will look back, wondering how your life became so amazing.

  • Opening Your Heart Space For Heart-Centered Living

Opening Your Heart Space For Heart-Centered Living

Learning to open your heart space is probably the most important thing you will ever do. The reason why I say this is because your heart is the true source of happiness. As long as you live with a big heart, you will have a fulfilling life. It’s that simple.

Some people chase money, fame, and glory, while others have built empires to achieve this feeling of fulfillment. How silly they would feel if they realized that the only route to genuine happiness is by opening the heart and experiencing all the goodness that comes from it.

Let’s look at how you can connect more deeply with your heart space for a more magical life experience.

What does it mean to open your heart?

Having an open heart means that you highly value, and experience more feelings that come from the heart such as love, gratitude, and compassion – Feelings that make us feel good!

As the most wholesome feelings that life has to offer come from the heart, striving to open your heart is a wise move.

An open heart is the gateway to experiencing some of the most desirable feelings possible as humans. As your heart is directly associated with feelings of love, gratitude, joy, forgiveness, and ultimately, happiness, you will be more in touch with these feelings by becoming more heart-centered.

Opening your heart helps you grow as a person and deepens your journey into personal and spiritual growth.

All light is associated with the heart. All darkness strives to corrupt it. The heart is the center of a high-vibrational life, while it’s absent in a low-vibrational life.

Instead of living by the mind, you live with your heart and trust that it’s leading you in the right direction. With that said, you value your heart’s wisdom more than anything else and open yourself up to experiences of love, gratitude, compassion, kindness, joy, and generosity. Below are some signs that you have an open heart.

    • You tend to listen to your heart over your mind
    • You feel love for the people in your life
    • You care a lot about other people and animals
    • You are generally quite selfless
    • You like to be generous
    • You are compassionate
    • You understand people and their problems
    • You have a desire to help others
    • You have a soft spot for certain people in your life

    The spirituality of heart-centered living

    Heart-centered living

There’s a reason why love has such a strong affiliation with spirituality…

Love is more than an emotional state caused by your brain secreting funky chemicals. Dopamine, endorphins, and oxytoxin are great and all, but they’re not love. Love is an energy, and the heart is the physical portal to connect with that energy.

Love isn’t something you create, it’s something you tap into. It’s the most powerful energy in the universe. God is love, and you are a part of god. When you connect with spirit, you’re tapping into the divine love that we’re all a part of.

Love is a spiritual phenomenon as it’s not a matter of creating this feeling. It’s a matter of connecting to a deeper part of ourselves where this love is already there.

Heaven is not a physical place, it’s a metaphor for this state of divine love that we connect to with the god within. Hell is a metaphor for the state of ego and hatred which only exists in lack of love. As every genuine spiritual leader, whether it be a shaman, priest, or a mystic believes in the power of love, that’s got to tell you something…

    Activating the heart chakra

Heart-centered energies such as love, gratitude, and compassion feel like they come from the heart, but these energies come from the heart chakra.

When you open your heart, you’re opening the heart chakra and allowing more of this blissful energy to channel through you.

This is what creates that expansive feeling and raises your vibration. Opening your heart and feeling more love has a lot of spiritual significance, as being heart-centered corresponds with the higher self.

We live with unconditional love when we align with our higher selves. This feeling of love resonates with other high vibrational states such as abundance, benevolence, peace, gratitude, and compassion.

It’s the little things that count when raising your vibration. Organically push yourself to experience more heart-centered emotions that will raise your vibration, and naturally, you’ll start connecting to that feeling of love because it’s in the same basket.

To activate your heart chakra, use virtues as guidelines. Think about what emotions spark that deeper joy. Work on experiencing more high vibrational emotions by cultivating the desire to feel them.

Loving unconditionally is the ultimate goal of opening your heart space. Unconditional love is to love everyone and everything without any strings attached. Instead of basing your love for your partner on their appearance, personality, or success (a condition for your love), nothing will change how you feel about them.

Imagine the way you feel about your dog, your kids, or perhaps the love of your life. Do you love them because of something, or just because it feels good? Of course, you just love them because it makes you feel good. This is unconditional love; a deeper sense of fulfillment than romantic love, which is often short-lived.

Learning to love unconditionally is the act of extending that feeling to everything. As with humanity, every creature, and every living thing that inhabits this planet and others. Love the water you drink, the food you have, and the beautiful nature you’re always surrounded by. Love the life you were given and the creator who facilitated it.

Unconditional love is the path to true mastery.

Why do people close their hearts?

    Couple in a conflict

People close their hearts because they are afraid of getting hurt, or they have been hurt. Look at a closed heart as the manifestation of a wound that never healed. An open heart can make you feel vulnerable and exposed.

People with a closed heart block everything out as a way to protect themselves from feeling hurt. A closed heart is more controlled, but it severely restricts your life experience in every way imaginable.

When you experience heartbreak, sometimes people put up walls in an attempt to prevent themselves from being hurt again, which comes at the expense of being heart-centered.

These walls can create blockages which make it really difficult for people to move back into their heart space. Because you’re cutting off the heart-chakra energy, a closed heart tapers all energies that pass through it, including compassion and gratitude.

People who have blockages in their heart chakras create the archetype of the cold-hearted Scrooge. I’m sure you’ve met people in your life who are bitter and clearly disconnected from their heart space. As a heart chakra blockage distances people from their heart space, they also unknowingly separate themselves from happiness.

Some signs of a blockage in the heart chakra include:

    • Bitterness
    • A lack of gratitude
    • A lack of sensitivity to other people and their problems
    • A lack of empathy or compassion
    • Selfishness or self-centered demeanor
    • Avoidance of intimacy
    • Resentment
    • Misery
    • Inability to properly express oneself

How to open your heart space

Woman feeling grateful for her friend

Because an open heart corresponds with generosity and giving, someone stuck in a scarcity mindset might close their heart to avoid giving. It’s not that they’re a bad person, they’re just caught in a state of survival and feel that helping others comes at their own expense.

It’s sad, as most people aren’t aware that they’re robbing themselves of the biggest gift in life – an open heart. So make sure you’re aware if you’re closed off. Set your intentions toward opening your heart and getting out of this survival state, as that fear of opening up is in your head, not your body.

Opening your heart can be scary because you feel vulnerable. As the heart is so pure, there’s an instinct to protect it. That feeling of love is so powerful, that we commit our entire lives to avoid feeling it. This speaks measures, but it’s not because it’s bad. It’s because the experience of love is intense.

Don’t live your life closed off because you fear getting hurt. Heartbreak can be painful, but anyone who has been through it will agree that it is always better to love fully and to get hurt, rather than to not experience it at all.

With that said, there’s a reason why the phenomenon is called heartbreak. It breaks your heart wide open. Yes, it may take some healing, but once you heal, your heart is more open than it previously was. Unless you close it off instead of feeling it and healing it, heartbreak is one of the most beautiful, soul-expanding experiences that we can undergo.

    Allow yourself to cry

Allowing yourself to truly feel the emotions that arise is a key component in opening your heart space. If you block anything out, you’re limiting the expression of self and the expression of love.

Therefore, if you feel sad about something, let yourself feel it fully. Don’t hold it back. Cry, and do it with intent. Don’t stop yourself from crying, because crying helps to get you out of your shell.

As once described to me, crying is like a shower for the soul. It cleans out the junk and helps you get more in touch with the heart. It should not be shunned but embraced.

    Don’t desensitize yourself

Many people desensitize themselves from feeling heart-centered emotions, in an attempt to maintain an image that they are tough. Therefore, they scoff at heart-felt conversations and suck up tears when witnessing something sad. People who have been desensitized avoid heart-centered feelings, because it makes them feel vulnerable.

This issue is rooted in a person’s conditioning which is a whole other beast to tackle. Regardless, if you want to move into your heart space, it’s important to identify whether you have these tendencies. Allow yourself feel vulnerable, and you’re going to move more into your heart space.

    Be present with your feelings

To enter your heart space, it’s important to understand that painful emotions are not your enemy.

Yes, they suck to experience, they can hurt. But those emotions are also very wise teachers as they humble you. So be present with them. Even unpleasant emotions help you calibrate with the heart space, as they show you what you don’t want to experience (and what’s a better alternative).

By escaping particular emotions or sensations, you’re also refusing to learn from them. They aren’t serving their purpose if you’re refusing to experience them. Therefore, be present with every experience that you have, desirable or not, because at the very least they’re going to point you in the right direction.

    Practice forgiveness

Blockages of the heart chakra often result in emotional states like resentment and hatred. These emotions occur when you are separated from the heart space, and disconnected from your loving soul nature. Notice how when you let go of these negative feelings, you feel a little happier and open up a little more.

It’s important to recognize if there’s any bad energy lingering. Is there anyone who you feel resentment towards? Because if there is, this is going to act as a barrier to opening your heart.

Learning to let go of these painful feelings towards someone else can be difficult, but it’s necessary to identify this lingering energy and practice forgiveness until the blockage is removed. By mopping out all the negativity that you hold onto, you create space for love to fill.

    Wish people well

You want to reach a place where you wish pretty much everyone that you think about well. Imagine your dad is going through a really difficult time, or he’s lonely, or sad. How does that make you feel? It makes you sad right? You genuinely wish him the best because seeing him suffering makes you sad too.

So when you think about people, try to jog the heart by wishing them well too. If I know someone is in a bad position, I naturally feel for them and send them loving energy. Sometimes I’ll imagine them in a bad position to jog my heart, so I can achieve that feeling and send them loving energy anyway.

Work on healing your emotional wounds

If you have issues opening your heart, it could be the result of emotional wounds. These wounds come in different forms, from childhood trauma, abandonment, heartbreak, negative experiences with people in the past, and so forth.

When these wounds aren’t properly processed (as often we’re too young to know how to process them), sometimes we find the only way to stop experiencing that pain is to close off, which can be either conscious or unconscious.

Therefore, it’s important to sit with your experiences and see if there’s any hidden trauma that has blocked your heart chakra. If you recall any painful experiences related to the heart space or can recognize that you closed yourself off, it’s important to resurrect that trauma and heal it.

    Get out of your ego

The ego blocks the heart and has no problem doing so. The egoic self is associated with the lower self as it’s the self-serving part of you. When you’re centered around the ego, the sense of me, you lose that connection to love. That’s why you need to realize when you’re coming from a place of ego rather than heart.

Spiritual practices such as meditating can help you get out of your ego and into your heart. Aiming to be more mindful, and recognizing when your ego is in charge will help too.

Step by step as your ego loses power and you cultivate a higher awareness, you will start connecting to that deeper and more wholesome part of self.

Live from a place of service

Possibly, the most important thing you can do to open your heart is to live in a place of service. Service is the key to god, and living from your heart is the best way to be at service. They directly correspond with one another.

Being at service is to dedicate your life to the betterment and evolution of all living things. Think about how you can better humanity in some form, even if it’s by touching a few hearts or helping a few people. How can you positively contribute to others, and what forms does this take?

You will find that being at service to god is the ultimate key to an open heart. Service is fulfillment, it gives your life reason, and it allows you to embody the fullest expression of unconditional love, as your primary motive is to help.

Therefore, think about how your life can make a difference. How can you walk the path of higher fulfillment, and how does that path manifest into your attitudes, decisions, thoughts and beliefs.

  • A Guide To Vibration: Understanding High Vibration Vs Low Vibrational States

A Guide To Vibration: Understanding High Vibration Vs Low Vibrational States

If you’re on a spiritual pathway, the concept of vibration is probably something you’re well aware of… but how thoroughly do you understand its influence on your life experience? Understanding the difference between high and low vibrational states is important, because if you don’t know what happiness is, how can you take steps towards it?

The quality of your experiences depends on your vibration.

It’s the base building block of your feelings, thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs which translates to your experience of consciousness – heavenly, hellish, and everything in between. Your vibration is the key to all the blissful experiences you can have, and it’s also a main cause of suffering.

In this article, I’m going to explain how vibration works without all the spiritual jargon. Therefore, this concept is easy to digest regardless of whether you’re far into your spiritual journey, or just beginning.

    What is energetic vibration?

Artwork representing low and high vibrational energies

Think of your vibration as your state of consciousness. A high vibration corresponds with a heavenly experience of consciousness, while a low vibration corresponds with a hellish experience.

    Let’s break it down.

Energy is the fundamental building block of all creation. Every person, animal, plant, place, emotion, attitude, behavior, and thing is a form of energy. Energy is vibratory, and the rate of vibration determines the expression (or quality) of that energy.

This means that everything has a vibration, as everything is a different expression (otherwise manifestation) of the collective consciousness, or god so to speak.

    Here’s how it works:

    • The slower the vibration = the denser the energy. Experiences corresponding with suffering are dense, meaning they have a low vibration.
    • The faster the vibration = the lighter the energy. Experiences corresponding with happiness are light, meaning they have a high vibration.

Even though all things are made from energy, there are many different energies, and each energy is unique. Your emotions, attitudes, and beliefs are all forms of energy. Every planet, object, and thing has an energy. Every being has an energy. Then you have things like karmic energy, energies of places, energies of plant medicines and spirits, realms and dimensions.

For example, a hellish realm would be extremely dense where the experience of consciousness would be absolute misery. A heavenly realm would be extremely light where the experience of consciousness would be blissful.

Earth is somewhere in the middle. We can experience high vibrational states, and we can experience low vibrational states. This means our experiences as humans can be quite dense (where there are many expressions of suffering), and they can also be quite light (there are also many expressions of happiness).

Hellish realms are very low vibrational, meaning the souls that go there are either suffering gravely. Heavenly realms are very high vibrational, meaning the souls that go to these realms are in states of bliss, otherwise they wouldn’t have access to these states.

Even though hellish and heavenly realms do exist, heaven and hell are states of consciousness more so than a physical place.

Diagram representing high and low vibrational emotions

    Vibration is a spectrum

Look at vibration as a spectrum from a very low vibration (being the densest feeling that causes the most suffering) to a very high vibration (being the lightest feeling that causes the most happiness).

Even though the energy of any given thing is unique, all energies fit along a spectrum somewhere from being dense, neutral, or light.

We tend to associate emotions with vibrations, which is true… for example, love is of the highest vibration because it’s an energy that is directly associated with:

On the other hand, hatred is of the lowest vibration as it’s the polar opposite of love. You can’t genuinely love and hate something at the same time. Hatred is a feeling associated with:

    • Darkness
    • Hell
    • Suffering
    • The devil
    • Malevolence

However, vibration is much more involved than only emotions. There are many forms of energy, each with its own vibration including:

    • Thoughts: Thinking that ‘this sucks’ or ‘I can’t do it’ are lower vibrational energies than thinking how much you like or appreciate something.

    • Attitudes: Constantly complaining, refusing to collaborate, and criticizing without offering solutions is a lower vibration than approaching challenges with enthusiasm, collaborating willingly, and providing constructive feedback.

    • Beliefs: The belief that humanity is a failing species and we’re going to go extinct is a lower vibration than the belief that we are constantly progressing, and evolving, and eventually, we will create a heaven on Earth.

    • Mentalities: The victim mentality and belief that you are always taken advantage of is a lower vibration than an abundance mentality or the belief that you are responsible for your life condition.

    • Behaviors: Acting unconsciously, out of impulse, or causing harm in some way to others are lower vibrational behaviors than acting consciously, having discipline, and helping others.

Therefore, I look at vibration as the mean of your experiences, which involves every dimension of them. If you’re a good person, generally feeling positive emotions but you may have some low vibrational mentalities, sure, those mentalities will bring the mean down a little, but generally you are resonating at a fairly high vibration (meaning you’re happy), and vice versa.

    What is a high vibration?

Diagram representing high vibration and heavenly frequencies

Anything that resonates with a high vibration makes us feel good. The highest vibrations bring us into states of bliss as we’re resonating at the frequency of god. Even though these vibrations are generally considered spiritual phenomena (these experiences don’t exist within the framework of a human), we can tap into them via spiritual discipline.

The highest vibration I have experienced was during a kundalini awakening I had in 2014. I would consider this experience to be close to levels of bliss (complete immersion into god). Think enlightenment, pure light, unconditional love.

High-vibrational energy manifests experiences that we understand as positive. This expression of energy is associated with the higher self (the part of us that is connected to god). This is because high vibrational energy is a pure form of energy which is represented as white light.

The closer the soul moves towards god, the more high vibrational it becomes.

High vibrational energy directly corresponds with happiness. If you’re in a high vibrational state, you are happy (and experiencing feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes that make you happy).

As anyone who resonates at a high vibration experiences gratitude, love, and compassion, this frequency is benevolent, and it’s associated with healing and growth. This energy is the cream of the crop for many spiritual seekers, as holding a high vibration is a trump card as it attracts all positive experiences into life.

As your higher self resonates with high vibrational energy, when you’re in a high vibrational state, you also embody your higher self. This is where you feel like you’re living your best life, but you’re also at service to humanity.

A high-vibrational person (or person in a high-vibrational state) experiences:

    • Happiness
    • High-vibrational emotions such as love, gratitude, and compassion
    • Benevolence
    • Virtuous actions
    • Embodiment of the higher self
    • Disconnection from ego
    • Calibration with the light
    • Heavenly perceptions of oneself and our world
    • No suffering
Here’s an example of someone who is in a high vibrational state (and embodying his higher self). They are generally happy, and cheerful, and have an outlook on that world that inspires motivation, joy, and connection. He lives consciously and does everything with awareness, integrity, and honor. This person has a clean conscience. He genuinely wants to help others and feels good about it.

This man regularly experiences desirable emotions such as gratitude, compassion, and joy, and is of service to humanity through his work and creations. He is not in his ego but rather acts from a place of genuine love. He is self-aware, self-actualized, and on a path of continuous growth and self-betterment.

This is what it looks like to be a high vibrational person.

Although we all seek to live high-vibrational lives, it’s important to recognize that as a human, we will naturally fluctuate between high and low vibrational states. We can sustain high vibrational states for some time, but it’s also necessary to recognize the duality of our dimension.

    Understanding low vibrational energy

Diagram representing low vibration and hellish frequencies

Anything that resonates at a low vibration is considered miserable. A very low vibration is considered dark (hateful, malevolent, and trapped in states of suffering). Experiencing hellish states of consciousness (torture, torment, and tragedy) is the densest energy that we can experience.

Low vibrational energy corresponds with experiences that we perceive to be negative. It’s a quality of energy that creates darkness and is associated with an expression of suffering. As high vibrational energy is associated with growth, low vibrational energy is associated with decay.

Attitudes, thoughts, and behaviors that we consider to be negative or destructive correspond with low-vibrational energy. Coincidently, these feelings cause pain and lead to suffering (or rather, they’re a manifestation of suffering, two in the same). Low vibrational emotions include feelings of fear, jealousy, guilt, shame, and resentment. These are all the emotions and sensations which are seen as unpleasant and undesirable to experience.

The further a soul moves away from the god, the lower vibrational it becomes.

When your vibration is low, you begin shifting into your lower self as it resonates with low vibrational energy. This means that your shadow self comes out. You become petty, or the victim, or the loser. Suddenly you feel like your life sucks and you’re battling a mountain of problems because of your vibration. However, these problems may not be real in the sense we understand, as they are manifestations of low vibrational energy.

All religions believe in a state of absolute suffering. This state of consciousness is commonly referred to as hell but goes by different names depending on the belief system. Even though hell is a state of consciousness, there may be manifestations of realms that coincide with this state of consciousness.

Hell is the lowest vibrational state of consciousness. In that sense, hell is not a physical place, universe, or dimension (although there are realms that facilitate hellish experiences). However, there are hellish states of consciousness that the lowest vibration of consciousness creates an energetic match for.

An example of a vibratory match for a soul that belongs in a hellish realm would be a malevolent spirit or demon. Of course, the energy of the devil is a figurehead or embodiment of the lowest vibrational energies and the polar opposite of god.

A low-vibrational person (or person in a low-vibrational state) experiences:

    • Suffering and pain
    • Low-vibrational emotions such as fear, hatred, and resentment
    • Possible malevolence
    • Destructive actions and behaviors
    • Embodiment of the lower self
    • Consumption of the ego
    • Calibration with darkness
    • Hellish perceptions of oneself and the world

Let’s paint a picture of someone embodying their lower self. Someone in a low vibrational state of consciousness could be an aggressive, angry person who abuses substances, blames the world for his problems, and is a rude, unpleasant person to others. This person lives unconsciously – run by detrimental patterns and programs, and is trapped in painful mindsets, such as believing the world is a bad place, people are bad, and he must push his way to the top at the expense of others.

This person may feel recurrent emotions such as jealousy when seeing other people do well, resentment towards others, and hatred towards people who have done him wrong. He may frequently hurt people and engage in immoral or unethical activities that cause harm to others. He is a miserable person and is suffering gravely, even if he is not aware of it.

How to embody a high vibration

    Embodying a high vibration

If you’re trying to shift towards high vibrational energies, the most important thing I have to say is to do it genuinely.

You can’t fake vibration, because your vibration is the most real thing about you. It’s a direct expression of the soul, therefore pretending to have a high vibration if you’re feeling miserable won’t do you any good.

If you’re stuck in low vibrational states, it is a journey to genuinely work towards experiencing more high vibrational energies and embodying them. There are a few pillars I recognize when trying to shift towards high vibrational states of consciousness including:

    • Self-awareness: If you aren’t aware of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes, how are you going to change them? You need to cultivate a deeper awareness about your patterns and programs, and what isn’t serving you in your path towards happiness. With illumination, you can create true change.

    • Self-actualization: You need to put in the work if you want to create a beautiful life for yourself. If your life condition is subpar, then it will be harder to embody high-vibrational energies. Therefore, work on improving your life condition, whether it’s regarding your social relationships, finances, or lifestyle, to give you the best possible chance to raise your vibration.

    • Healing: Open wounds and trauma cause you to move into low-vibrational states. Therefore, if you have a lot of trauma, it may be very difficult to shift into high vibrational states because you are wounded. Therefore, healing yourself should be your goal, as the more you heal your wounds, the more naturally you will feel better.

    • Watch what you consume: Everything has a vibration, and you absorb those vibrations. If you’re eating a lot of junk, you’re consuming the vibrations of that junk. If you eat a lot of healthy, fresh food, then you will consume higher vibrations, which will influence your vibration. Likewise, places and people have vibrations too. Therefore, if you spend your time around low-vibrational people or in low-vibrational environments, you’re going to vicariously absorb some of that energy.

    • Change your lifestyle: Your lifestyle also plays a big role in your vibration. Get out in nature, go for a swim. Exercise, eat healthy, engage in spiritual practice, and do some volunteering where you can be at service. Positive lifestyle changes can increase your vibration, and help you embody high vibrational states. Therefore, be aware of what lifestyle choices you are making, and start moving towards better lifestyle choices that are good for you.

At the end of the day, many different influences affect your vibration. Keep moving forward with your life, and take small steps regularly toward feelings, thoughts, mentalities, beliefs, behaviors, actions, and choices that are high vibrational, and you will slowly begin to embody your higher self.

  • Let’s Look At The Vibration Of Gratitude

Let’s Look At The Vibration Of Gratitude

In recent years the importance of gratitude has been cast into the spotlight. We all know the mental health benefits of experiencing gratitude, but there’s so much more to it that’s seldom explored.

The abundance of teachings from a scientific-Westernized perspective oversimplify gratitude like it’s some new-age trend that will come and go. The traditional understanding has become diluted, and most people think it’s nothing more than a feel-good emotion.

This perspective couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Gratitude is so much more than a feeling. It’s an energy that exists on the same vibration as love. If you want to have a genuinely fulfilling and abundant life, gratitude is a prerequisite.

In this article, I’m going to share my holistic understanding of gratitude and unpack why it’s a game-changer when it comes to genuine fulfillment.

    The spirituality of gratitude

    Gratitude prayers

Gratitude is an energy that comes from the heart chakra. It’s the feeling you get when something really good happens to you. I’m not talking about muttering a thank you when someone gives you a hand, but the real feeling of deep appreciation that comes from the heart.

As gratitude is a positive energetic outlet, this energy corresponds with the higher self. Gratitude is high-vibrational energy, meaning it’s closely connected with virtuous behavior, happiness, love, abundance, and benevolence.

Besides being one of the most pleasant sensations that you can experience, gratitude has a direct connection to your sense of happiness.

When someone is happy, they are feeling grateful for their life. When they are suffering, they are not. As long as you feel this deeper appreciation for life that transcends your pain, you may feel hurt, but you won’t suffer.

It doesn’t matter how privileged someone is, if they are not grateful for what they have, any ‘thing’ in their life doesn’t mean much.

On the other hand, someone with so little can be deeply appreciative of everything that they do have, and ultimately, they’re going to be a lot happier than someone who takes everything for granted.

This is the paradox of gratitude. It’s an energy that needs to be cultivated, not an emotion that is triggered.

Here’s an article about opening the heart space which can help you feel more gratitude in your life.

    Gratitude and personal growth

Woman feeling grateful for her friend

Anyone on a spiritual journey should make gratitude one of their top priorities.

If you’re genuinely grateful for everything that life gives you, you don’t need wealth.

You don’t need friends or a partner.

You don’t need a good job, a high salary, or any material possessions to be grateful.

All you need is life, and if you’re reading these words right now, then congratulations, you qualify.

Everybody has something that they can be grateful for. People who are abundant in things may have an advantage, but if they’re not grateful for what they have, then it’s pointless having it. Since most of us have so much, we normalize all the good things that we’re abundant in, instead of appreciating them.

    What a wasted opportunity.

It’s important to realize how lucky you have it compared to some people. There is so much that you can learn to appreciate.

You can be grateful that you have a job and make an income. Be thankful for your opportunities, and health, that you are alive and experiencing this journey. You can even be grateful for the pain you’re enduring and all the wisdom it has given you.

Personal growth is learning to be grateful for everything that happens because there is something to learn from each situation.

Looking at gratitude as a lifestyle

We all experience gratitude at times in our lives, but with certain practices and techniques, we can bring those feelings into everyday life.

Your perception plays a big role here. Perception isn’t the key to gratitude, but it can help you cultivate it easier. Think about it in a way that you can be grateful for literally anything. Within your personal growth journey, you should be seeking to knock down those walls between you and gratitude.

Gratitude should always be the underlying tone of your life experience because there is always something to be grateful for.

Right this second, think about a few things that you can be appreciative of.

Stretch yourself, think both internally and externally.

After giving it some thought, compare your list to mine below.

    External gratitude

Being grateful for your external conditions is to appreciate everything you have. Often we take these things for granted until we lose them. Can you skip that step?

    Internal gratitude

Being grateful for your internal condition is to appreciate your life, your intrinsic qualities, and your experiences. I believe this is the most powerful form of gratitude, and has the greatest potential for personal and spiritual growth.

    Building the muscle of gratitude

Look at your sense of appreciation as a muscle. The more you work this muscle by expressing gratitude for any given thing happening in your life, the stronger it gets.

As the muscle of gratitude strengthens, it will become easier to feel thankful, and you’ll start doing it more often, and for smaller things. Likewise, the sensation of gratitude will become stronger, meaning you will feel happier.

This is why someone with a dilapidated shack can feel happier than someone with a luxurious mansion – Because they have learned to appreciate it.

When you feel genuinely grateful for something, an energy will begin emitting from the heart chakra. Gratitude is a similar vibration to love because both of these energies come from the heart chakra.

So really put your focus into your heart and feel it from there. You need to mean it for it to make a difference.

Why gratitude is bad for business

Gratitude isn’t good for a materialistic society for a simple reason. If people are satisfied with what they have, then they won’t want to buy more. If people are dissatisfied, then you can bet that they will be spending cash to try and quench that desire.

More gratitude = less need to consume = less contribution to the economy.

Our societal structure is built around making people feel like they’re lacking, and this is one of the challenges you’re up against. This is one of many traps within society that you need to be aware of.

Unfortunately, these giant corporations, marketers, and governments are very good at making people believe that they need something more to be satisfied.

Most of us are completely indoctrinated with this fallacy to consume more, and we don’t even realize it. Of course, believing you need more to be satisfied isn’t good for your personal growth, which is why I wanted to talk about this.

Next time you catch yourself conforming to some new trend, ask yourself, is this necessary? Will buying this thing make me happy, or just fulfill an artificial need that shouldn’t be there in the first place?

    How to experience more gratitude

    Stop taking things for granted

There is always so much that we take for granted, including the bare necessities like fresh water and air, shelter, and warmth.

You can appreciate anything as long as you build that mental muscle, and train you to see how good you have it.

Take a moment to bring your attention inward and realize where you are right now.

    What are you doing?

Are you wearing enough clothes to be warm?

Do you have a full stomach?

Are you living a lifestyle that allows you to indulge in simple pleasures like eating chocolate or having a coffee?

Do you have a job and earn an income?

Think of all the little things that usually slip past unappreciated, and take a moment to be thankful for them.

Don’t just say it but feel the sensation of ampleness as you realize that you have enough. You have everything you need for this present moment, and that’s what matters.

    Celebrate the small victories

We are so focused on what goes wrong or what could go wrong, that we are blind to everything that goes right.

The train arrived on time? Amazing! Didn’t lose your job after the embarrassing mistake today? Fantastic! It’s not raining, great, you can enjoy the sun. It is raining? Great, the plants need water anyway.

To many people, these will seem like the most trivial accomplishments. But to others who have built the muscle of gratitude, each trivial success is a huge victory.

If you can perceive every small occurrence as a victory, think about how many victories you encounter daily. Life is goading you to appreciate the little things.

By focusing on the positive aspects of life, you bring a positive perception into your reality, and your reality dictates your experience.

So milk the experience, and focus on what doesn’t go wrong.

    Delay gratification

Have you ever been in a situation where you didn’t have access to water for a long time, and you were really thirsty?

You’ve been dreaming about the first gulp of that sweet nectar rejuvenating you. It might have been a struggle, but when you finally had that first drink of water, it was the best thing ever!

    Pay attention to that feeling.

The feeling of being absent of something you want, because once you get it, you’re so much more appreciative of it.

This is because of delayed gratification.

I encourage you to push yourself a little and not fall into temptation whenever you want something. This can take some discipline, but if you allow yourself to experience a little more discomfort daily, you’ll be rewarded with more gratitude.

A fair trade in my eyes!

Use contrast as a springboard for gratitude

Enduring a difficult situation helps you realize how good you had it. Every bad situation has a silver lining, and this is by making you appreciate the regular situation more.

Think of it this way. If you contracted a serious illness that admitted you to hospital, during this time it’s probably going to be difficult for you. You are going to wish that you were back at home in good health, eating normal food again, and not needing people to look after you.

As you are suffering the unpleasant effects of poor health, you realize how good life was before.

It’s not because the regular situation has changed, but because the contrast makes you pay attention to the ampleness of it.

This experience might make you appreciate being able to walk around, see friends, and get out in nature. Suddenly, your normal life becomes ideal.

When you return to normal, you are likely to be much more grateful for your health, because you have experienced the contrast. Going through difficult experiences humbles you, and forces you to realize what you have taken for granted.

This means that the hardest experiences are there to help you find balance and align with gratitude. So use difficult experiences to realize just how good you have it.

Don’t forget the struggles you have been through.

Bless the things that you consume

Energy is always interacting, and you put your energy into everything that you consume.

Something I learned when I worked with Ayahuasca shamans for half a year in Ecuador is that they spend a lot of time appreciating everything they take. And I mean, a LOT of time.

Whether it’s drinking a cup of water, eating some food, or drinking their delicious medicine, shamanic healers have a strong habit of blessing the things they take. They take their time with the process and feel that sense of appreciation before, during, and after they have it.

Spending time doing gratitude prayers isn’t just important to build the muscle of gratitude, they’re also putting the vibration of gratitude into the things they consume.

Therefore, spend some time appreciating the things that you consume. Every time you’re about to drink some water, take a moment to feel your appreciation for having that water.

Do gratitude prayers often, and before you consume anything.
